Diversity, in respect to our blog, is the difference in mindsets and motivations, variations and beliefs, actions and practices in institutions that differ between groups.
-Through consented interviewing and observation, our goal is to search for variations in cultural values in how different groups of students (excluding faculty and staff) find reasons and motivations to attend the gym on the USF campus. By compiling our results, we aim to determine trends in both motivations and mindsets of active USF students.
-Once data is collected and analyzed, we hope to post the trends we have observed in active USF Students.
-Humanistic Approach: By finding diversity in trends, we can better understand the different mindsets of the students at USF who go to the gym.

Macdill Gym
An official pic of the base gym. I sure miss that place. Working out with your brothers and sisters in arms is wonderful. There's no race or culture involved just people working out in order to better fulfill the mission.
