Sometimes the reason we don't workout is simply because nobody is there to tell us to go!!! Having a workout partner, is a surefire way to get you motivated and into the gym!
You have to find someone who is motivated to start working out on a routine with you-and who will push you when you don't feel like going.
This article explains that having an exercise partner provides you with support, accountability, motivation, and sometimes even healthy competition.

I know first hand, that when I have a plan to go to the gym with a friend or relative I stick to that plan. When I plan on going by myself, sometimes better opportunities come up- and the gym gets pushed to the side.
About Us
About Us
Diversity, in respect to our blog, is the difference in mindsets and motivations, variations and beliefs, actions and practices in institutions that differ between groups.
- Through consented interviewing and observation, our goal is to search for variations in cultural values in how different groups of students (excluding faculty and staff) find reasons and motivations to attend the gym on the USF campus. By compiling our results, we aim to determine trends in both motivations and mindsets of active USF students.
- Once data is collected and analyzed, we hope to post the trends we have observed in active USF Students.
- Humanistic Approach: By finding diversity in trends, we can better understand the different mindsets of the students at USF who go to the gym.
